educator discounts?

I thought I understood there to be a teacher discount for Epcot and I have looked everywhere and do not see it. Did they take it away? We have already booked a magic your way trip for NOvember so I doubt I will be able to use it but was still curious if they offer any incencentives for teachers while visiting Epcot.

The Swan and Dolphin Hotels offer teacher discounts. I don't think any of the other resorts offer this type of discount.

Yes, there used to be a teacher's discount to Epcot. I used it.

But, I don't think it has been offered for years. The last time I got it was nearly 10 years ago. Since then there have been very occasional teacher discounts for some specific week in the fall when they had special exhibits. $3-5 off for only you and only specific, crowded days. Not a great possibility.

Anyone else remember the time when EPCOT was FREE for teachers? What a great trip that was! It was at least 12 years ago---I didn't have any kids yet!

they used to have some sort of a resource room above one of the shops near the Globe too.
