Because our trip occurs during school I have to come up with a plan for my DS (12) and DD (8) to participate is some type of education while at WDW.
This is what I was thinking:
1. For my DD (3rd grade): I was going to get a sturdy journal and have her write in it everyday. She can take pictures and place in the journal next to her entries. She loves to write and this would be a great opportunity for her to increase her skills.
2. For my DS (7th grade): I had thought of having him investigate the whole Hidden Mickey topic. He can research about it and then each day he needs to find a few, take pictures and describe them in a notebook. Maybe even interview someone at the parks who might know about the Hidden Mickeys.
These are just thoughts and if anyone has any other ideas and/or suggestions I am all ears
