There's really nothing you can do at this point via Orbitz. Their email means that Disney sold all the available rooms already, and AFAIK Disney doesn't pixie dust third-party reservations the way they might if you had booked directly and had a problem. Given how crazy expensive the few remaining available on-site resorts are (I just checked--wow!), and seeing in your signature that you always stay on-site, I'd either bite the bullet and stay off-site or just cancel the trip. Or, though it might cost more (though not as much as $1,000 a night at WL!!!), you might even consider doing DLR (if you can change your flights) and staying at a cheap Good Neighbor hotel a block from the parks. The 60th anniversary celebration is going on, all the holiday overlays are up, and they just debuted Hyperspace Mountain. So maybe this is magic in disguise?
