ECV rental with head rest?

We just reserved a rental from Buena Vista Scooter Rentals and all we needed to do was request a high back and head rest!
I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service at BVSR. Yay!

Now I just need a stable (good) MRI on Sept 7th to get the ok to fly to WDW on Sept 9th!!!
