I read a few reports of that happening. I brought a towel with me and kept it in a bag just for any rain incidents. It also came in handy when the seat was warm and I was wearing shorts. I also pulled a Steve Irwin and used it and my hat to rescue a wild crawdad

My problem came while riding in the rain. I didn’t cover back of seat and rain ran down the seat to where I was seated. Bet I didn’t do that again and even with a towel the damage was done

I'll bet that was the reason I've always had wet undies riding my ECV in the rain.
