Yeah, we kept two ECVs in a standard room at Pop Century and it was fine. If you do find that you’re too cramped, you can have Mousekeeping remove the table and chairs to make more room. And even a non accessible room at the values will accommodate two large ECVS (Pride Maxima's), so an accessible room should be no problem.
By drop off, do you mean with you there to meet them or not? Only Scooterbug is allowed to drop off without the guest being there.Does anyone know if a reliable rental place that will drop off at one hotel on property and pick up at another? We would like to do the first couple of nights at a value and our last night at AKL.
Can a lyft xl do 2 ECVs?
Will an accessible room at the values hold 2 Ecvs?
Some of the vendors (I think Apple scooters was one) have started charging an extra fee to pickup from a different resort than drop off.I think most if not all of the vendors folks around here use will do pick-up/drop-off at different WDW resorts. Just let them know at the time you make the reservation.
ScooterBug is the only vendor allowed to utilize Bell Services at the WDW resorts. All other vendors will meet you in person for pick-up and return. Some have a set schedule and others will schedule based on your timing.
Lyft will not work with 2 ECVs. I suggest since you are onsite that you use WDW transportation on the change day. Let Bell Services transfer the luggage, and you head to a park or Disney Springs or such. Then go to your new resort; your luggage should arrive by 4pm.
Yes, 2 ECVs will fit in an HA value room.
I'd add that you have to have a park reservation before heading to "the park of your choice".Not sure if you want to do it this way but you can go to the park of your choice when you leave your first resort by Disney transportation and then enjoy your day at the park and then when your day is done use Disney transportation to get to your new, second resort with the two scooters.
I don't think any of the major companies charge for a return pick up from a different WDW resort. This IS NOT a Goldmobity unique benefit.I think most if not all of the vendors folks around here use will do pick-up/drop-off at different WDW resorts. I know at least one did for a while, but definitely not a unique benefit for it to be free.I don't think any of the major companies charge for a return pick up from a different WDW resort. This IS NOT a Goldmobity unique benefit.
I'd like to see a link from a company with such a charge
Do you have a link? I'm skepticalI know at least one did for a while, but definitely not a unique benefit for it to be free.
I believe it was Apple scooters, but not sure, it may have been one of the ones that went out of business, no matter which it is, it doesn't appear they are doing it now, likely they were testing the waters to see what people would accept and it didn't go over well for obvious reasons. just saying watch for it to make sure.Do you have a link? I'm skeptical
Or it was a fee for the company to transport a scooter between the 2 hotels.I believe it was Apple scooters, but not sure, it may have been one of the ones that went out of business, no matter which it is, it doesn't appear they are doing it now, likely they were testing the waters to see what people would accept and it didn't go over well for obvious reasons. just saying watch for it to make sure.
Gold won't move the scooter between hotels. An issue if you're transferring between a Disney hotel and a Universal hotel. Golds options are to book a Mears accessible taxi or book it as 2 rentals.Yes, I believe that's true the companies charge if you have a second pickup and a second drop off during the same rental week for transporting your scooter a second time for you. I don't think any of them charge for the pick up and return deliveries. I just use the bus to move the scooter myself if I'm staying on Disney property.
