ECV -- Park Transportation

Are all WDW buses, monorail and boats ECV accessible? As an example if we are waiting at our resort for transportation to the park do we need to be concerned that we may have to wait for multiple buses before one that will accommodate a ECV? Any insight is appreciated. Thank you.

All except the MK-GF-Poly launches. But sometimes a bus lift might be broken, or there may be more guests using mobility devices than there are tie-down spots. So yes, you may need to wait for multiple buses.
