Y advice for using an ECV at pop century resort? I've only done it for one day and at AoA. I might also have a double stroller to fit into the room with us, if we don't use our own smaller one. Even with that folded I am sure it will be a tight squeeze.

If anyone has anyhting resort specific I'd appreciate it!!!

We had no trouble fitting an ECV into a standard room at POP. We just kept one of the chairs pushed in at the table. Granted, we were just two adults, so a larger group might find it a tighter squeeze than we did.

We requested a room on the ground floor in the 1950's. We did get a room in the 1950's, but on the fourth floor. It worked out fine; we were pretty close to the elevator and never had a long wait for it. (We were there the week after Thanksgiving, so YMMV.) The balconies were wide enough for two people on ECV's to pass each other if they were both careful.

Bell Services was very nice and helpful when we picked up the ECV from them.

The food court could be a bit difficult to navigate, but that was generally more because of other guests than the layout. We had to look more carefully for a table than most people, but that's to be expected anywhere.

You can request to have the table and perhaps the chairs removed from the room if you want more storage space.

Perhaps you could store the stroller in the closet area and the scooter can be by the door going out. You might even be able to put the stroller between the beds. It will be a little awkward for those on that side of the bed, but you could manage it.

Thank you so much such useful info! I never thought about removing the table will think about it. I am wondering can I leave the ECV parked outside the food court? I can go on my own for periods of time depending on the day, like for breakfast I will be fine. We do have a reserved room so hoping we get close to everything, will have to see which one we want to try and request.

Our first trip three years ago I did it with no help, last short trip I did one day on one day off, but this time I can't imagine I can do more than half a day so am loking fwd to not having my trip ruined or missing out. A little nervous handling the ECV so it's very helpful to get this info from you all, thanks so much!

If you want the table removed or any other furniture removed from the room just call house keeping. and they will come up as soon as they can to remove it for you and store it until you check out and then they put it back in.

We had no problem fitting a ecv I our room at pop. We just moved the table to the corner and I backed the ecv into the room to charge.

Not sure why you would need to park outside the food court. It's big enough to get around in.

You are responsible and liable for the scooter. Besides, I'm not sure you can park the scooter at the food court. It could be considered a hazard for other guests to bump into or trip over or whatever. Besides, the scooter can be moved manually with an override switch located on the scooter. Anyone can do this; you don't need a key.

Just stayed at POP about 3 weeks ago and had and ECV. We were 4th floor in the 60's. Each night I just drove it right in and parked it next to the table to charge. We didn't even have to move the table and chairs.

Granted it was just me and my mom in the room but believe me, we had enough stuff in there for 6 so we know tight well.

I don't have experience with strollers but I would also think it would fit in the closet area, there is more space there than you would think.

Enjoy your trip! :goodvibes
