Echo Dot at Disney Resort?

I was wondering if anyone knew the viability of using an Echo Dot at Disney. Our family sleeps with a fan on in all rooms, and we have discovered that the dot it capable of playing fan white noise extremely close to what we have become accustomed to. I am hoping we can bring it along next week, but wasn’t sure if I would be able to connect it to the internet in the resort or not.

I have the Alexa app on my phone which can communicate with the device as well. Any knowledge or tips would be greatly appreciated!

I use a fan app on my phone called sleep aid fan. I love fan sounds on alexa, but that app is good enough while traveling. You could try connecting the phone to a bluetooth speaker to amplify the sound.
