Ec?????? Help!

I just after trying a long time was able to purchase a room at HRH using EC rate as I have read on these boards to do. But now I don't know if I know what the EC rate is exactly, help! Is this what you get using the Entertainment book? I was going to order one from my area. Do I have to get it in Orlando? HELP! I don't have much time, leaving in 3 weeks! Thought I did a good thing, but now am confused!

The Entertainment card is good anywhere that accepts the E card. For example, it you buy your book for your town, you have the E card that comes with it. You can use it at any hotel anywhere that accepts the card. (However, if you have the Disney Club version, I don't think it's good at Orlando hotels for obvious reasons).

The only benefit to having the Orlando book is that it is full of coupons for local Orlando businesses that the book for your town won't have. In my case, my town doesn't have an Entertainment Book available, so I'll go ahead and order the Orlando version thereby getting the E card and the coupons for the Orlando businesses. If my town had a book available, I'd buy it. (You can look on E's site to see some of the offers for Orlando. Since it's on sale, it might be worthwhile to have the local version too. It just depends on what they've got that you like.)
