thanks, that's who i've been getting emails from today...seems on top of things:thumbsup2

do u know if the tip is included in the quote? didn't see it indicated on email (know that prime time's towncar quote includes gratuity & tip)

The price does not include tip.

I have been pricing limos from LGB to DLR and of the 20 I have received quotes from, most of them do not include tip. The average price was about $140. Of course they mention gratuity of 20% is customary.

I found Chika to be very nice and genuinely helpful on the phone.
Many of the companies I phoned were downright rude...won't mention any names and were more expensive.
We're a group of 9 (3 adults and 6 kids).
The dispatchers would automatically get an attitude about us having too much luggage to fit in the limo's trunk... 4 suitcases should fit in the trunk of a limo just fine.
Hellooooooo.... 4 yr olds cannot pull a suitcase! At least not the way I pack it chock full of stuff.

We rent a limo every Xmas to go to the Nutcracker in SF and we pack that limo's trunk so full of presents, coats and whatever else we're bringing...no problem.

I found a company in Orange County that does limo not a towne car for the price of a a shuttle service just about. His rates are 136.50 each way from LAX to the Disneyland area and INCLUDES the tip! :thumbsup2 The other two Orange County airports are a little less at 84.50 each way or 168.00 round trip.
We used him personaly in April and surprised our girls. It was so fun to see their faces as the car pulled around and they realized it was for us! He has been driving down there for over 35 years and is SO nice and a wealth of local knowledge!
