Here goes a long story made short-
We purchased a vehicle on Ebay with the Buy it Now price pluas an additional$200 the seller requested in order to arrange the shipping of the vehicle to us. While the vehicle was being transported here it was apparently damaged. The truck driver denies some of the damage, however he thinks the rest of it may have happened while he had the vehicle. Anyway, the transport company has a $1000 deductible (damage is under that) his insurance company says he needs to pay b/c of the deductible so they won't deal with it. The owner of the transport company will not respond to any letters or phone calls. It has been 2 months. We contacted an attorney also, but everyone says go back to the seller b/c he is the one that arranged the shipping and we don't know for a fact that the damage was not already done. The pictures on Ebay did not show any damage. Can anyone give any suggestions. We already did the dispute on Ebay, but the seller won't respond back anymore.
