Ebay Question?

This is probably a dumb question, but I can't find the answer. If the reserve price isn't met I know the seller doesn't have to sell the item....but can they choose to still sell it to the highest bidder?

Yes they can sell it to the highest bidder if they choose too. Alot of them don't thats why they set a reserve price.
