Ebay help Please!!!

I have had the week from a very hot place that starts with "H" on ebay this week. Ok here goes. I changed my email address 2 weeks ago so I went and changed it at paypal and ebay but I forgot to change it on turbolister so I listed 6 auctions and all of them paid via paypal to my old address. I have now emailed everyone about 3 times explaining the mix-up and asking if they would cancel the first payment and pay to my new address. Ok here's the problem One person email me and said that she can't cancel because it's already been claimed .I don't know what to do! I'm sure all these people are ready to hang me and I'm about to do it my self . I should add that this woman is very hard to get contact with her auction's ended about 2 weeks ago. Help Please !

have you tried to log in to paypal with your old email address? I have changed my email address on paypal but I can still log in with my old email ... just a though.

Have you tried contacting paypal or logging into your paypal account using your old e-mail address?

The payor can't cancel the payment once it is made through paypal. Only the payee can "refund" it. Makes sense, otherwise, people might cancel their payments after items ship.

I've tried to login to my old account but it says email address doesn't match. So She's going to have to contact whoever she paid and have them refund it? UGG !! I just got off the phone with paypal and they think that she possibly sent payment to the wrong address and they want her to call them and work this out. I can smell a big Negative feedback coming out of this one and I probably deserve it for this big mix-up .

One more thing. Paypal just informed me that if you make a typo or some other stupid error and send money to the wrong address and they claim it you have to get the wrong address person to send you a refund so you can send it to the right place. I'm not sure if that made sense but make sure you double check the address you are sending payment to to be sure that it is the right one . Boy this makes me want to quit ebay but this is my first big problem in the 4years that I've been selling so I guess I will continue even with the big fat neg comming .
