I have a buyer that’s interested in 7 of my items. She wants to send me an offer for each item and combined shipping which I’m fine with all of it
Is there a way I can just bundle everything in one price. Her offers of all 7 items plus shipping
She tried to put in her offer separately for each item but then charges her separately each item for shipping
Iis been so long since I had combined shipping and offers
Please help thanks

You can always decline her offer, create a listing for all 7 items with combined shipping cost that way.

Depending on your settings for payment ... you can accept her offer but tell her NOT TO PAY. Tell her you will create an invoice that she will pay. Then pack it up and get the shipping correct, change the shipping cost on the invoice and then have her pay.

That’s a thought
So I would relist the main pic from each of the items
And just list one main price for all the items and shipping
The offer is for 5$ each plus shipping

That’s another good thought
But she said when she put in the offer on one of the items it charges shipping then
How would I send her an invoice

eBay changed something in their system that once you accept an offer, the buyers credit card is automatically charged. You can’t send an invoice with combined shipping costs, unless when you originally listed the item, you went through something in their seller hub for combined shipping.

You can always refund excess shipping costs.
But I still think your best bet is to just list the seven items the buyer wants under one lot,
And put a combined shipping costs on it (making sure to deactivate the individual listings first)

You can refund the shipping cost on each listing after she pays, if you don’t want to deal with an invoice or creating a new listing.

Is there a way I can just have like a private listing price or offer just going through eBay though
I thought at one time you could do this.
Or put a listing just for her.
Also any ideas how to see how payments are set up in my account
I wish eBay would just leave things alone when they start something new unless you want to change
Too confusing especially for me when I don’t have a clue.
Thanks for the help

A few years ago, you had to give eBay your social security number and your bank account information. Payments are directly deposited to your bank account within three days after payment, unless you schedule otherwise.

Go to your seller hub, it will provide a lot of information.

Researching this on the internet, rather than asking on a Disney based forum would also get you better responses from more frequent sellers
