when my DS was 5 he went to visit friends. All he would wear were "soft pants" (sweats) and he was hard on the crotch.

He came home and said, "Mommy! Did you know that not everyone fixes holes in seams with safety pins? did you know there's something called a Sewing Machine???"

As a person who failed the A-line skirt in 8th grade and hasn't touched a sewing machine since, I salute you.

Thanks all for the compliments, comments and advice. I've decided I'm going to try this with 2 or 3 dresses and start the bidding at enough to cover my costs. Now I just need to figure out all the other details associated with selling on eBay. Of course, I'm still open to suggestions, tips and advice on this new endeavor.

About listing, the best advice I can give is to take lots of pictures to get the a high price on these. The more the pictures of this beautiful outfits, the more the bids.

Your talent is amazing. Market these as high end boutique / pageant dresses. Tell your experience of the Disney princesses complimenting the dress at WDW in your item description. I would make 1 dress in a size 5 or 6 as a test run. That way you could ship it out fast. I would sell the petticoat with the dress. The gold dress is particularly unique. I would start with that one.

One more bit of advice- If these dresses take off and start selling-have more white dresses available for the spring season as communion dresses sell well in feb-early April.
