Ebates lowers rebate for disney to 3%

Just a heads up if you go through ebates when ordering from disneydirect.com they have lowered the rebate amount from 4% to 3% for purchases....Fatwallet is still at the 4.4% rate.

I am just starting to learn about shopping through these portals first. I always used to go through the Worldperks Mall with Northwest but I like that ebates sends cash back. Is that how these others work too?

Some sites like MyPoints and CreationsRewards will reward you with "points" for shopping thru their portals. You accumulate points and then cash them in for GCs, Webcertificates, PayPal payments or checks. CreationsRewards even rewards in Disney Dollars if you choose. You can get a lot more information by visiting the DIS Rewards Board .

Edited to add: Some sites are funny about using coupons codes when you check out. eBates will not credit you with a discount if you use a coupon code from somewhere else when you shop thru their site. UPromise doesn't seem to be as picky.
