I joined before Christmas and made quite a few purchases. I just looked at my account and I have a zero balance. What did I do ?

Not sure, but when you made your purchases, you should have gotten a pop up when you clicked on the website you went to confirming that you are getting cash back. The other thing is once you get that pop up you should complete your transaction without opening other sessions or windows. Sometimes if I'm not sure if I'm getting credit I will re-start my session to get another confirmation.

I should add that some companies are just slow to give you credit. I noticed this past xmas I just now got a few credits. That's not normal though, I usually see a credit within a day or two of my cc getting charged.
