If the world turns around financially before then... I'm in...

& I think we may have to make the Champagne girls co-ed.... NAH.........

Unless Karl's bringing the wine...

We are in - if I can find $3600 to pay off the deposit by next week!!! It is me, DH, 4 DS, one friend and her DH & DD, sister (who took the EB panama, I took the WB), her DH and 4 DK, and another sister and her 2 DK. Maybe more...we will see. Nan - glad to see you here!!!! Ginamarie, we didn't get to chat much but sailed with you on the WB in May - we were down the hall from you. Where is everyone staying? We did Cat. 8, deck 6.
Lisa

Come on Lisa!! I remember passing your cabins (with all the magnets) about a zillion times since we were in the same hallway ;)

We'll be on deck 7 :)

We just heard from our Travel Agent!! We're booked for two Cat 11 rooms on the EB TA! It'll be me, dh and our two dd's (who will be 7 and 5 at the time) and we're taking the grandparents! We have the early dining....

Two weeks will give everyone plenty of time to relax and enjoy everything!! I'll be pulling dd7 out of 2nd grade for two weeks (and dd5 out of preschool), but we'll really focus on using the ports as a learning experience (pre-trip research, journaling, photo-journals, etc). The price was fantastic and the kids (and grandparents) aren't getting any younger!!

See you on the ship!

Welcome aboard! We pulled the kids out of school for the WB Panama Canal and will be doing it again for this cruise. DSis' teacher was very keen on using the cruise as a learning tool, and we had no problems with it. My family and I love being on the ship for these longer cruises. It will be very hard to go back to a 7-night itinerary, as the last few cruises we took were 9-15 nights. Really, the longer onboard, the better!

Lisa... I totally forgot... what age ranges are your boys?

Awwwwwwwwwwwwww Lisa... we were hoping you were going for the Walt again!!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Hi, we just booked, looking forward to all those sea days. It will be me, DH and our daughter (due any moment :yay: ) who will be 17 months. Also, 2 of my best friends are joining us with their DH's and their kids, one who will be turning 4 on the cruise and the other one will be 2 yrs and 6 months. We were on the inagural Med last year, had a spectacular time and were actually booked on the PC last May, but, we had to cancel due to our princess: arrival.

Looking forward to meet you all!!

Camille

I went ahead and added the airfare that I was debating... it's definitely cheaper than anything I'm coming up with myself and it DOES include the transfers, luggage handling, etc... One less thing to worry about!

So I'm looking around the house for things to sell to get my deposit! :goodvibes Nan, too bad you aren't into purses as I have one to sell! :rotfl:

As Michelle chimed in I'm headed to ebay this week to get rid of the tubs of stuff in my garage. I have a few extra Panama pins to unload too :rotfl2:

My family just got back from the 7 day double dip. It finished a little too early to have access to any onboard European bookings.

We booked the same 2 Navigator's Verandah rooms for my herd on the EB cruise this morning. I liked the WB itinerary but the weather and some family events in Florida early April 2010 made the EB a lock-in. The pricing was a bit better than the posted range prices.

The quoted airfare from SJC is good but I'm going to wait to see where prices stabilize in the next several months. Looked like there was a lot of catch and release on the rooms this morning.

Look forward to seeing the rest of you on the EB cruise.

DaveB

Hi Dave :flower3:

I opted to lock in the airfare as we can always cancel it if we find better.

We are also in San Jose, near Santana Row, what area of town are you from?

It will be me & my DS, Wilson for a mommy & me cruise. I just told him and he said, "another cruise" just like his father.:rotfl2: He will love it when time comes.

Who is crusing in your group?

Michelle - please book!!! Karl, I missed your earlier post. I really should go back to work. Need to make $3600 in the next week! :rotfl:

Lisa

What :scared1: Did you quit working? Do tell...I'm also not working right now and feeling the pressure of it. I'm hoping to look at going back to school 1st of the year, but not sure for what yet.

Throwing my hat in. We booked today as well, wheeee!
Now I just have to figure out how I am going to pay for it.

You know, I could have the kitchen and bathroom of my dreams if I could just break my DCL habit.......:rotfl:

Karl, is that a cat 4, 5 or 6?

We booked a cat 11, I am going to be sad without a veranda this time, but plan on spending my days and evening topside to enjoy the ocean views :goodvibes

its a 6-4+1 "yeah" concierge.....1 bed room....

karl

I thought you might remember me, but my mom always taught me not to assume! I remember your big family as it seemed like it kept going and going! So is everyone but your sister coming again?

Awwwwwwwwwwwwww Lisa... we were hoping you were going for the Walt again!!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

You know me....I put myself on the waitlist. Figure we will need some drama about a year from now! :lmao: :lmao: :rotfl2:

But they did call me today from Inventory Control. I was on the list for Cat. 1 or 2....they had one reserved for me. 1/20, Eastern Car. $15,800!! For about half the price I'm going twice as long!
Lisa

I will be in and out all week = I will touch base back in and meet some of you next week!
