Well, we just got back from a wonderful trip to the world May 31st-June 7th. And seriously, folks, we thought about not coming back. The crowds were fantastic, the food overall was great, and really, the only thing that was not incredible was the weather. Whoah humidity and heat! But we can deal. This is our first attempt at a dining review, so as we get our pictures uploaded we will start the reviews. Soon!
As a brief introduction, the players:
Wiff: the wife of the group. 33 years old and this is her 6th trip to the world. Never did she pay this much attention to the food however, and can't wait to share reviews!
Wuff: the husband. 36 years old and getting to be somewhat of a self-proclaimed foodie. He (and wiff) enjoy a good meal. And they got it last week!
Brother/Sister in law: Were at the World on their honeymoon. We have some pictures of their food, but not as much. They will appear in the story throughout.
Little M: 2 1/2 y/o niece. Her food wasn't as interesting. But she certainly made the whole experience even more magical!
Here's the listing of where we dined:
Wolfgang Puck Express
Whispering Canyon
Rose and Crown
Roaring Forks
Cinderella's Royal Table
Pizza on the Boardwalk
Yak and Yeti counter
Artist Point
Crystal Palace
Ohana
Caseys
Sommerfest
Tangerine Cafe
Mama Melrose
Chef Mickeys
Snacks
We will rank the restaurants by:
Atmosphere
Quality of food
Service
And use a system of forks:
4 forks: Excellent! Must do in the future!
3 forks: Would come here again.
2 forks: Ah, pretty ambivalent
1 fork: Stay away!!!!
So join us on our wild ride!!!
