Eating dinner at Contempo Cafe or Captain Cook's then MK

We have FP to meet Anna and Elsa at 6:30 one evening. I thought maybe we'd eat at either Contempo Cafe or Captain Cook's beforehand and then take the monorail to MK. We will have a rental car. Will they let us park the car to eat at either hotel and then leave it there if we take the resort monorail? If so, is it easy to find a parking spot at either. We are staying at OKW, is parking free for disney resort guests?

You can park for up to 3 hours at resorts if you have ADRs. It's easy to find parking.

If you know you'll be longer than 3 hours, Valet is your best option. We always Valet park at Contemporary as it's easy to walk to/from MK - no need to use the Monorail.

I think parking at the TTC, then using the monorail to your eating place and then using the monorail or boats or walking (if at the Contemporary) to the Magic Kingdom might be a better option. After your FastPass, just take the Ferry boat or monorail back to the TTC.

If you park at the TTC and eat at Captain Cook's (Polynesian), you can just walk from the parking to the restaurant. Unless you have mobility issues, walking is easier and faster from there. Take the monorail to Contemporary though.
