Eating Counter Service while on the Deluxe Dining Plan

We'll be on the Deluxe Dining Plan, and we may use counter service locations as some of our meals while we're enjoying the park.

If dining at at counter service place on the Deluxe, what do you get per meal?

If I understand correctly, at a table service restaurant, we would get an appetizer, entree, and dessert, and perhaps a drink.

At a counter service, do you get a drink, entree, and dessert, and no appetizer, or is there something you can get in place of the appetizer from a counter service location?

If you use a DxDDP credit for counter service you get the same thing a CS credit on the standard plan covers - entree or combo meal, drink, and dessert. No appetizer.

and at breakfast counter service, it's just beverage and entree (or beverage and breakfast combo) No dessert or appetizer at breakfast.
