This will be our first family trip to Disney World. I went before with my husband and his family before we were married, but this time we are going with our son. Our son will be 20 almost 21 months when we go. He likes to eat...but hates to sit, so a lot of our restaurants will be us eating and our son watching a movie on his DVD player with is headset.
At home, we normally eat three meals each day with snacks between. We are on the DELUXE DINING plan, so I have three meals scheduled for each day. I tried to space them every 4 hours...we'll see how it ends up working out. Lunch will more than likely be my husband and I while my son sleeps in his stroller. Hopefully most restaurants will allow us to keep him in his stroller!!!
My son is used to amusement parks...he loves Sesame Place and sleeps in his stroller there. We are taking our own stroller so he is comfortable.
With all of that said, here is our plan!!:
Saturday:
lunch--Beaches and Cream
dinner--Flying Fish (to celebrate our anniversary!!)
Sunday:
breakfast--Crystal Palace
lunch--Liberty Tree Tavern
dinner--Ohana
Monday:
breakfast--Boma
lunch--Tusker House
dinner--Yak and Yehti
Tuesday:
breakfast--Hollywood and Vine
lunch--50's Prime Time Cafe
dinner--Cape May Cafe
Wednesday:
breakfast--Cape May Cafe
lunch--Le Cellier
dinner--Garden Grill
Thursday:
breakfast--Tusker House
lunch--Yak and Yehti
dinner--Captain's Grill
Friday:
breakfast--Crystal Palace
lunch--Tony's
dinner--Trail's End (so we can go to Chip and Dale campfire party...they are husband and son's favorite characters!!)
Each breakfast is scheduled for either the 7:30 or 8am slot, lunch is 12 or 12:30 and dinner is 5:30 or 6pm!
We also have 4 snacks per day...which I think won't actually be enough given the fact that I have a million cupcakes, carrot cookie, Dole whip, eggrolls, etc I want to sample...haha!!! We are really looking forward to this trip and the food. I am looking forward to NO cooking!!
