I'm at a screeching halt at the menu photo.

You can get a warm sticky bun sundae during lunch hours??? I had no idea that they even had an ala carte lunch let alone sticky buns! The last time we were there for breakfast I waited like a vulture for those things to come out of the kitchen. Seriously, people were looking at me standing around for so long. If I can get them WITH ice cream, I'm totally there!

Here we go, the Fort is no longer "our place". It's going to be overrun with people coming to Trial's End!!! How will I get a table again lol.

Seriously, it's great to see Trail's End and the Fort getting the respect it deserves. It is such a great place to stay, and Trail's End feels like home for us, so that even if we don't stay at the Fort, we have to go to TE. Even spent Thanksgiving there last year, which was a disaster with flooding, and parking, and all.
