This is just about AK:
Just a caution about MouseonWheels, some of his information on where to enter attractions is incorrect - for example, he says the wheelchair entrance for Kali River Rapids is hard to find and says to " Take a right turn just before the Jungle Trek entrance, and go to the "Exit Only" sign and wait there. "
That is not the handicapped entrance. The Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities says to "Obtain a Fast-Pass or use the Standby Queue" (which is the regular queue.) Doing that, you will be in the regular line most of the time and the wheelchair pull off point will be clearly marked. Plus a CM will direct you to where you need to go.
Hs information seems to expect a separate handicapped entrance for most things and he seems to not be aware that in many cases, there is a Mainstream Line (one that is wheelchair accessible and most guests will be waiting together).
I'd suggest not using his "Where do you enter the attraction" for everything. Instead, follow the directions on the Guidemap for Guests with Disabilities that you can pick up from Guest Relations in any park (ask for Guides for all the parks at the first park you get to).
For some attractions, he also says that "Wheelchair seating is in the front.
ECV seating is in the rear." In most cases where he lists that, there is some accessible seating in the front, which can be used by wheelchair users or ECV users and there is additional accessible seating in the rear. He lists Bug's Life as having wheelchair seating in the front, but in over 15 times of seeing it over the years, we have never been offered the option of sitting in the front and I have never seen anyone with a wheelchair sit in the front.
The Nemo show at AK has wheelchair/ECV seating in the very front, the middle and the back of the theater.
Also, for Primeval Whirl, I would not suggest that for anyone with any difficulty sitting and/or bracing themselves. My DD almost got spun out of that attraction; by the end of the ride, the seat belt was in her underarm area and her butt was just barely still on the seat.
