Darn, I really enjoyed this show:sad1: It was nice to have something to watch besides blood & gore and reality shows. I will miss it!

I'm not surprised...it was the only 10 PM show that Leno consistently beat...and that's saying a lot.
I am surprised, however, that so few shows have been cancelled so far this year in general.

Crap! I really didn't watch it but crap about all these shows getting canceled:headache: I miss my Life on Mars:guilty:

Its hard to commit to a new show when they might cancel it!:confused3

Don't kill me... but yay! Now maybe Jamie Ray Newman can come back to Eureka! I loved her character Tess over there and I think she made a huge impact on that show.

I'm not surprised. I really wanted to like it (love Paul Gross), but the writing was terrible. :(

My wife said the same thing. :thumbsup2

I am not suprised. It seems like it was catering too much to a certain demographic (18-34 year old women) and I know for a lot of us 30somethings that's just too late to be watching a show, plus- enough with the supernatural crap. I get enough of that stuff with the Twilight movies. That's enough for me thanks!

Not a great show -

They should show re-runs of Drop dead Diva in the timeslot - now that's a cute show

I tried to watch the first episode but was really put off by a line about what happened in the early days of the town. Something about the pilgrims burning any women who were different, or had different abilities. I forget exactly what they said about the women as I was so surprised that the writers thought that the pilgrims burned people at the stake... Perhaps they corrected that statement later in the show, but I didn't last watching the show for very long.

I like it.....my dh and I watch it together. Very few shows we both will watch, so I'm disappointed.

I'm so ticked! Eli Stone, Pushing Daisies, now this!! Yet, the worst written show in the world (Secret Life of the American Teenager) chugging along with massive fans!

There were 13 ordered. There has been no indication that those won't be made, and no indication that those won't be aired.

Episodes 8 and 9 are on the schedule at this point (11/25 and 12/2). The remaining four episodes would be broadcast in January, if they were to be aired.

It has always been a bit weird where the most consistently practiced big break is in the television season -- i.e., the Christmas/New Years holidays, because television episodes are generally ordered 13 to start, and then later the "back 9" are ordered (for a total of 22), yet that break comes after the 9th episode. So it seems to me that networks should order the first 9, and then the "back 13".

Regardless, this year, it isn't as weird, because there is another big break in the season: the Winter Olympics. So there is a lot more incentive for networks to (for example) burn off these 4 remaining episodes, before the Olympics, so whatever they replace Eastwick with can start after the Olympics instead of being interrupted by it so early in the replacement's run.

HOWEVER, they really need that Wednesday 10PM slot for Lost, so I am not sure that we'll see those 4 remaining episodes in January.
