Eastern Cruise Excursions with Kids 6 and 8

Hello all,

My family and I are heading out for our first cruise April 30th on the eastern caribbean. Seven wonderful days" can't wait! Was looking at excursions we can take with the kids. I've read some great posts by people who recommended some excursions but haven't seen any that talk about if one's that our kids will have fun on as well.

Received the Disney brochure and looking through it and reading some posts on it was wondering what you thought of the Golden eagle catermaran excursion on St. Maarten and if my daughters 6 and 8 would have a good time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you have any good recommendations that would be great as well.

ON my 11/27 cruise several DISers did the Doubloon Sail and Snorkel, and could not say enough about it! I regret not booking it, as they seem like they had a wonderful time and the kids did too! I am sure someone can offer more info on it.
