Which night is which on the Eastern? Which is least appealing/worth missing?

Here is a link to the Eastern dining charts. Maybe it can help you decided what night to do what. I like all the menus, so when I book Palo, it is usually a night that I repeat a rest, but no formal or semi, or tropical because I like those themes in the reg. rest's.
