Easter Sunday Restaurant help Sought

Has anyone eaten at WDW on Easter Sunday? Do most restaurants keep their usual menu? I am thinking of the California Grill or Boma's, but any other suggestions are welcome!

The only experience I have had with the House of Blues in DTD is lunch, but I understand they have a gospel brunch on Sunday's. That might be a pretty cool place to be at on Easter. Has anyone done this before?
