We have to go around school vacations since my oldest will be in high school next year. So that leaves the last week of June or Easter week(beginning April 16th) Which would you do? Tia!!!

For fewer crowds: June; For better weather: Easter. It's all about which is more important to you.

Anyone have any thoughts on how the last week of March might be for 2017? Easter would be 2 weeks after that. I'm really struggling on when to book our trip for next week (I think I have it narrowed down between President's Day week or the last week of March...

The dates I'm specifically thinking are April 14-25th or June 23rd - July 4th?

I would do June for less crowds and better pricing if I could. But we will have to do April because of the high school schedule as well.

Actually, those are the 2 weeks we always go to Disney -- Easter week and July 4 week. If it makes any difference to you, we get a better deal for our July 4 week. Your dates are a little earlier than we usually go, but the deal should be about the same. They have been offering a deal for the last 2 years for Easter week too, but the rack rates are just so high to begin with that it's still very expensive. If money isn't a factor to you, we actually enjoy Easter week more because of all the spring things -- flower and garden festival and Easter decorations. However, if money is a factor, then I'd choose June/July.

We did Thanksgiving this year & are doing Easter (for the 1st time) this coming year - April 2017, don't have the exact dates yet; we're trying to work around school as well. We can't take the heat, so we're doing Easter for hopefully nicer weather.
Which ever you chose, I hope you have a great vacation!

It depends on one thing. How much do you love VERY HOT humid weather in late June? Not to mention thunder storms in the evenings. I cannot tolerate that weather because I live in Maine. It would have to be Easter for me.

The thunder storms are what I am most motivated by. I dont mind rain but I HATE monsoons on vacation! Especially when it seems like it's endless!

We have DVC so the discounts wont be a factor for us. I really would enjoy some more time at the Flower and Garden. We only got one half day there this trip! Everything was so beautiful!

Thank you! You too! I'm kinda thinking Easter it is!
