"Easter egg" in Hollywood Studios?

I learned of an Easter Egg in Holywood Studios (on a Podcast) but he didn't say where it's located exactly. It's in the ground, a marker that is a tribute to Mortimer Mouse, 1928. Does anyone here know exactly where it is so I can find it and take a picture?
