Easter dinner options

We will be arriving by car Easter day likely around noon. Our kids will likely be exhausted so we'll probably just hit the pool that day. We are trying to find out good Easter dinner options. I called WDW dining and they have a few non park options but they are very pricey and I'm not sure if it's worth it.

Thoughts on Disney Springs restaurant options? We are staying in a condo at Bonnet Creek.
