Easter Brunch Recommendations

Does anyone have a good recommendation for Easter Sunday Brunch in the Universal area? We will be driving back home that day, but I wanted to suprise my family with a "nice" Easter Brunch before we go. We would be willing to pay up to $40/pp. Any recommendations I can get would be greatly appreciated!

Check with the Royal Pacific Resort They usually do all the Holiday meals...Gets kinda pricey though but well worth it!

So does PBH. I usually get an email from both but haven't yet. I don't think I'll be able to pig out at a brunch and drive all the way home without falling asleep.
