Easter/April school holidays

Hi all,

Merry Christmas everyone!!!

I wondered if anyone can offer any advice on what the parks are like in the April/easter school holidays.

So far, all of our trips have been in dec-feb or aug-oct ranges.

We planned to go back in Feb 2015, but a very expensive halloween trip to DLP, followed by Christmas means possibly putting our next trip back a few weeks into the Easter holidays - possibly starting on Easter Monday.

For anyone who's been during this period, what's it like in terms of crowds, weather, etc and does DLP put anything different on for Easter celebrations?

Crowds are mostly fine during Easter. If you have the flexibility, try to schedule away from European (or at least French) school holidays: http://www.schoolholidayseurope.eu/

You'll be able to look forward to 'Swing Into Spring', which runs from March to May... and was brilliant this year! One of the best 'mini-festivals' I've seen worldwide.

There'll probably be sporadic rain... but blue skies!
 
Graeme's website DLRP Roundup gives very good wait time statistics for DLP.

You can see the wait times per month and per time of day. It will give you a very good indication as to how busy the park will be during your trip.
