Easter Activities at Dolphin and POFQ

Got the teachers discount from March 23-29 for 169 per night which leaves us at theto Dolphin for Easter Friday and into Easter Monday. Suggestions on dining and activities make the Easter holiday special for kids and husband.
Moving to POFQ (114 per night) couldnot get Teachers rate for rest of trip)until April 2nd. Will there still be an Easter theme going on after Easter???activities at PO and any new restaurants recommended at DTD??? It's been about 5 years since we have been to Disney. Thanks for any suggestions

I was there for easter last year and there wasn't really an "easter theme" going on at the resorts. I think the Dolphin had an easter brunch and some of the resorts had an easter egg hunt (there was a hunt for eggs in the grotto pool!). There were all kinds of non-holiday related activities for the kids going on at the grotto pool every day, like hula hoop contests or egg tosses.

The resort was really busy but we still had fun. Have a great time
