It's the exact same team. There's no reason that you would get a different price at one spot versus another. The Guest Services team would scan your ticket into the computer, and the computer is going to tell them what value your ticket has. From there it's a few simple clicks to see what the various upgrade fees would be. I'm curious what different rates they told you.Outside the park they could only offer me the price paid for the tickets. Inside, Guest Services price bridged, offering me current gate price.
It's weird that it's different.
