We have reservations with Garden Grove at the Swan. We have never been there before and know nothing about the area. We will be in Epcot before we go. Is it easier and faster to walk or take the boat? How long will it take for either ? Thanks for any information:love:

It really depends on how long you have to wait for the boat. It's about a 20 minute walk from the International Gateway. The boat also takes 20 minutes or so. It will stop at the BWI/BWV and the YC/BC/BCV docks before arriving at the Swan/Dolphin dock.

I'd walk unless the boat was right there or about to dock. Of course if anyone in the party was too tired to walk, we'd wait for the boat.

Thank You :) Where exactly do we go to get to the walking trail ? So if we have a reservation for 7:15 and we leave at 6:30 would that give us enough time ?

If you leave the IG at 6:30, IMO, it would be enough time.

As you leave the International Gateway, you go past the boat dock and up the hill. At the top of the hill you can either go to the right and walk past the BC, the YC and then past the Dolphin & across the walkway to get ot the Swan or you can take a left and walk past the Boardwalk Inn & along the Boardwalk (IMO, since you want to go to the Swan, this is the better way). When you get to JellyRolls, you take a left and then a right, and then another left to get to the Swan. Sounds harder than it is. :) You will see the Swan once you get past the boat dock and go up the hill.

Here's a map that will help you visualize the way - you'll start out on the "pink" pathway and then take the "blue" pathway.
