Easiest room to book?

I think I read somewhere on another thread that a 1BR unit is usually the easiest type of room to book. Studios are very popular due to point savings, 2BR popular due to capacity for families, etc.

What have you experienced? Wondering what my luck is going to be if I try to book a 1BR during a popular time of year, i.e. BLT at Christmas, BWV or BCV at F&W, etc.

Check the Resort Reservation Availability sub-forum, which has a running list of current year and past year bookings for a good indicator. I would have guessed the 2 br to be the easiest, but it looks like it could be either the 2 or 2 br, seems to vary from resort to resort.

I think that there is a chance that the 1 bedrooms at BLT may be more popular since they sleep 5 and have 2 bathrooms. For those families, at the other resorts, they have to go with a 2 bedroom. I know that MS has been allowing the 5th person at the other resorts, but there is not bedding provided as it is at BLT (and AKV).

Oh, I hadn't thought of that. Well, I guess I'm just going to have to pray for a little pixie dust when I am ready to make my ressie.

It will vary by resort to a degree. For HH, the 2 BR will be the easiest, for VB, the studio/Inn rooms will be but mostly the GV inn rooms, For the rest I'd suspect the 1 BR but maybe less so for AKV and BLT due to the 5 in a unit option.
