Early morning Skyliner to Topolino's Terrace?

We're staying at Boardwalk Villas in May and have an early reservation for Topolino's at 7:30am (was the only time we could get!). I was thinking we could walk to the Skyliner at the IG at Epcot and take it to Riviera. But, now, I am not sure if the Skyliner actually opens that early - I read that it opens only an hour before HS (which right now is posted with a 9:00am opening). So, if the Skyliner doesn't run until 8:00am, this would obviously not work for us. Does anyone have any experience with this?

We ended up driving over from Pop for our 8 am reservation. We were told that when we got to CB they would send us on to Riviera, but they didn't start early enough at Pop to get us to CB

Also, security is very nice when you listen to Siri and end up trying to get into a CM area and will get you turned around and on the right route.
