Early Morning Magic and an 825 CRT reservation

I just noticed that on the morning we have our 8:25 CRT reservation, MK has Early Morning Magic. Is an EMM ticket required to get into the park for our res? I didn't get any notification when I made the res stating so, but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

No. You'll be fine getting in and getting to your ADR, you don't need an EMM ticket.

Thank you! I may try to rebook for another date anyway - I was hoping to be at MK for PPO for the chance of getting those almost-empty pics in front of the castle I'm assuming that's gone out the window with EMM taking place that day.

EMM is over by Peter Pan and 7DMT, so I would imagine none of those people are over in front of the castle. But with the new MK opening procedure how they let everyone on Main Street prior, it's harder to get empty shots. If that's a goal of yours I'd recommend showing up a little extra early

With the new opening, empty Main Street is a thing of the past. They will let you in the gate at around 7:45 or so. It seems to vary, though. Either way, being one of the first in will be as empty as it will get, whether it is a EMM day or not.
