Early morning-how to get to AK?

I've always wanted to do the Wild by Design tour, but doesn't that tour start at 8:30? If so, how do you get to AK that early? I've never taken a cab at WDW, but could I do that? And would the cab take me to the front gate? How much would the cab cost? Or do buses start early enough for me to get to the tour in time?

Don't take a cab. The toll booths are closed until about 25 minutes before opening. The cab won't be able to get though.

Early morning breakfast busses start running from the resorts to AK at 7-7:15 and run every 20 minutes.

i agree, we've been held at the booth twice now at AK on EE mornings no less! EE started at 8am and the booth did not less us through until 10 mins of 8!!! i was fairly livid. i will always take the bus to AK from now on.
