This question is too vague. There are dozens of hotels around DLR. Which hotel are you asking about? Early entry (Magic Morning) privileges based on hotels only applies to the Disney hotels and only on days MM is offered. MM based on parkhopper tickets has limited MM.

Then yes, as Hydroguy said, you'll get a MM each day MM's are offered. Right now that is Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. You just show your room key at the turnstile (there is one specifically for MM entries) along with your park tickets and they'll let you in.

It depends on when you are going. Go to the DLR website and check Park Hours and it will show you which days have MM hours and what they are then try to get there about 30 min before.

This really surprizes me, they are very draconian about checking everyone I have been around for a number of years.
