Early Magic Hour question

Do you still get to take advantage of Early Magic and Extra Magic Hours (if they still have Extra) if you stay at Plaza Royal?

I don't believe that this hotel participates in the Early Morning.

No, only the Hilton gets EMH, but all the DTD hotels get to participate in E-ticket nights.
