Early lunch??

OK, here's a question I haven't seen before. I tried searching with no luck. So, here's my question:

How early do the restaurants that take PSs open for lunch?

The kids aren't big breakfast eaters so I figured we'd start the day with a quick poptart or something and head to the parks. Then I thought we could eat a really early lunch....say 10:30am-11:00am. Anybody know if that's possible? Also, a couple of nights we have early dinners(Fantasmis, Luau) so I thought an early lunch would work well for that too.

So, can it be done?

I don't know of any sit down restaurant that serves before 11:30.Some places don't even start until noon during slower times.

Don't know about fast food places but 10:30 sounds unlikely. But the bakery at the MK and Starring Roll sat MGM serve cold sandwiches and perhaps they have those in the am along with the baked goods? Good luck.

That's a great question because we'd like to do the same thing. None of us are big breakfast eaters. An 11:00 AM lunch is the perfect solution for us.......then, early supper reservations are generally not a problem (especially for that Fantasmic package).
I guess I'll find out when I start calling for my PSs next week.

An easy way for you to find out now is call 800-828-0228. When you get the automated menu, press 5 and it will put you in contact with a WDW Dining Reservationist. Just ask her/him for the hours of your specific restaurants so you can make you plans ahead of time.

The gal I talked to a couple of weeks ago (when I made my "Spirit of Aloha" and "Hoop-Dee-Doo" reservations was VERY helpful, polite and courteous with all of my dining questions. I just didn't think to ask that particular question.

Boy Parrothd...you've been such a help today! You've answered all my restaurant questions.

Where did you find an 800# for PSs? I just got done making a 15 minute long distance call for all my PSs, wish I had read this first!

Now, to answer my own question, I found out that the 50's primetime does not open for lunch until 12noon but the Plaza restaurant does open at 11am.

I'm going to post my dining plan on another thread, you'll have to let me know what you think.
