Early/Late EMHs - how likely to change?

If the EMHs are already published, how likely will they change? I'm going on these:

However, I'm thinking of not getting the hopper option, if we're pretty sure the hours are set. BUT... what if we don't, and the hours change? Our PS will be all messed up!

Disney is known for changing there hours right up to the last minute. Most of the time it's to add more hours though. It will usually be in reflection of the resorts being more full than originally expected. The EMH schedule once published doesn't tend to change. Not saying 100% it won't, but it's more rare than just the hours being tweeked alittle.

I'm pretty sure we're not buying the hopper option too this time. We don't tend to hop very often (we like to stay put once we're there). I'm just hoping I don't end up regretting this decision in the end, as this tickets will be for 2 trips.
