Hello,

This is a tad early but I wanted to know when they begin selling the tix for Mickey's Christmas parade (with the "snow" & hot chocolate). And how crowded is the week right after Thanksgiving??

Thanks:teeth:

Bump:bounce:

I would like to know as well.

I am assuming that you mean Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party? (MVMCP)

Last couple years, tickets have been sold right at the tail end of April/beginning of May.

Week right after Thanksgiving is hard to say. Some people will come for Thanksgiving and stay the whole following week. Others will go home right after Thanksgiving. In general, that time of year is fairly slow so crowds are fairly minimal. Nothing like summer or Xmas week.

heyyy that time is when we go for three straight years all i can say is stay away from mk thanksgiving day and the weekend after it always seem busy i guess with a four day weekend from schools you get that but the following monday hello where are all the people i think the longest we waited in line was maybe 15 minutes for rock and roller coaster we also did the very merry christmas party it was worth every penny i want to say they posted the dates in late april i check on allearsnet.com for last years dates and it was in april so im waiting to snag 4 for myself sometime from dec 5th on to the 11th except for weds the eighth then me and my son will be doing discovery cove
hope this helps and if you hear let me know ill do the same

thanks for the info regarding the Thanksgiving crowds. I just can't bear taking my 3 year old in all the heat and crowds during the summer - but thought seeing the Christmas decorations would be nice.

mikesluss, how's the weather during that time of year. I'm coming from the Northeast so anything is better than the weather we get around that time.

I will also keep checking allearsnet ~ do you think any discount codes will come out for that time of year???

What date Thanksgiving will fall on this year?

So I'm guessing December 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th will be crowded then :(

I meant December (previous post edited)

We went the week after Thanksgiving last year (we normally go the first week of December but not the week after T-day) and the only semi-busy day was Sunday at MK but it still wasn't that bad...I'm comparing it to other off-season days.

I would go to Epcot Saturday and do whatever park you want to Sunday but I'd do EE at MK if you choose to go there. The rest of the week (Nov 29 & 30 Dec 1 - 3) should be nice crowd-wise. I wouldn't worry!

Have a wonderful trip!

Nope, the Thanksgiving crowds dies after the Sunday after Thanksgiving. I don't think you'll have any crowd problems other than the usual December crowds which are minimal.

pheww... now I only have to worry about the potential noise from the cheerleaders at ASMu. :Pinkbounc

Fat Cow, I thought the cheerleaders stayed at the Allstar Sports, and the MARCHING BANDS stay at the ASMu:p

We usually go the week of Thanksgiving and leave the day after Thanksgiving. One year we did AK on Thanksgiving, and the last time we did Epcot. I think any other park but MK would be okay crowd-wise on that day. :earsgirl:
