Early Entry

No, they eliminated early entry in January BUT they now open Disneyland one hour earlier EVERY day. This is open to all, not just those staying onsite or booked at one of the Good Neighbor hotels. :)

(thanks Shelly for reading my mind)

So is that an hour earlier than what is posted as the opening time on their website? Or is that the correct opening time?

Trying to get ready to set up priority seating and I'm trying to figure all this out.

Thanks Patty

I was there a few weeks ago in early March, and the official opening time was 9:00. We were able to get in to Main Street as early as 8:30 (not sure what the earliest would have been - maybe 8:00), but the rope didn't drop to allow access to the rest of the park until 9:00.

That would just be one hour earlier than they used to open to the general public. The times posted on their website should be correct, current, and accurate.

Also, one can always enter the park about an hour before that to stroll Main Street and get some morning coffee, muffins, juice, shopping, etc. ;)

<font color=navy>On warm days we like to go to the Main Street bakery before the park opens & grab something, then sit at the windows and watch the Disneyland marching band come down Main Street

... that the Park always open an hour before rope drop at the official time.

... just like Main Street stores stay open an hour after the official closing time ...

mind you, thats at WDW ... not so sure at DL!
