Early Entrance and Hogwart’s Express

We will be staying at Royal Pacific in January so we will have the early entrance to Wizarding World. I have seen that the non-busy hours for USF open at 9:00 meaning we should be able to enter at 8:00 and IoA at 10:00 - being able to enter at 9:00.

We have park-to-park tickets. Will we be able to ride the Hogwart’s Express over to IoA at the early entrance time?

FYI with the non-busy hours, there is typically only early entry at one park. Which park hasn't been released yet for Jan.

Nope.

Hogwarts Express isn't open the first hour or so of the park being open. Also, it's faster to just walk from one park to another.

This is the most important thing to note. Outside of the super busy times of the year, they normally only do one park to have early entry. Either IOA or USF. I've never seen a January that has both parks open for early entry.

Currently, US opens at 9 and IOA opens at 10 with early entry at 9. It looked like the train didn’t operate until the 10 park opening.
