Since I have agreed to arrange the first part of Dec. meet, I think we should start planning a more firm date and time. I got a PM from Caskbill today suggesting just following the member update on Wednesday the 8th. We could then have it at the SSR food court area. I think that is a great idea, because we could have our meet after the update, and enjoy our "dinner" at the food court. Not sure what is available there, but maybe some who have already been can advise us. I will try to do a tally of those who will be there at that time, but if you have an opinion, please post it here.

VOTE ON THE POLL HERE to get your preference counted.

Still love the SSR idea...that being said, it's mostly unlikely that I could make it on the 8th. That's our day at Discovery Cove and not sure we will be back in time for or after the Member Update. It's at 4pm right?

Of course, don't let me be the deciding factor as I am sure there are many other for whom the 8th would work.

Unfortunately we will miss the 8th as well as we fly home that night. Maybe next time!

That's exactly why I wanted to start this as a seperate thread. I want to try and get the most folks possible. It was an interesting thought, but if many can't do that day, I'll go back to the 6th.

I would love to attend, but our flight doesn't get in until late on the 8th.

Keep 'em coming folks. This will help us schedule the date.

The 8th or the 6th would work fine for me any way I look at it. I have nothing set in stone for plans so I can pretty much work around any date that I am planning to be there for.

Okay...as I am a "newbie", what time is the member update held? I would LOVE to come...we're just trying to get our itenerary together, and would love to know what time this "get together" would be.

We also check-out on Wed the 8th. The 6th or 7th are the best dates for us. We've got passes for MVMCP for the 5th. Zulaya, hope to run into you again while we're there.

The 6th would be my preference.

We have tix for MVMCP on Dec 5th too! Maybe we'll run in to each other, fixintodie.

It's starting to look like the 6th is best in this first overview. Perhaps I should change this to a poll.

Haven't purchased our MVMCP tickets for the 7th yet, but plan on doing so next week. Diane, is there a Disney store in MOA? Headed down to the cities next week for kids wedding and a pseudo Disfix at Valley Fair... (I know... not even close, but I am in serious withdrawl here)

The 5th, 6th 8th or 9th could work for us. Not sure when candlelight dining tickets go on sale, but that is a must do for us this year.

Yep, the MOA DS is still open.

We will be there from 11/27 to 12/8. So any date in that time frame works for me. We fly out at noon on the 8th.

Frozenfingers - Just curious what is candlelight dining?

Momsully:
Sorry, I shortened the correct lable for the event, it is Candlelight Processional Dinner Package. In my own head I just refer to it as
Candlelight dining. If you are unfamiliar with it there are Three levels of dining, and reserved seating at the performance at Epcot. This link should take you to it: candlelight processional
