early character breakfast from FW

Has anyone ever made it to AK for an early breakfast (8:00) using disney transportation from FW? Does a bus come about 7:00 so that we can make it there in time?

I've found that early tours/B'fasts on the monorail loop resorts or the MK is doable. There's the boat that leaves for the Contemporary that starts ~6:45 AM. From the Contemporary you can then take the monorails to the resorts or MK

The problem comes with hitting Epcot or AK early. They are supposed to have an early Breakfast bus, but I don't think it's entirely reliable. It's been a no show for us before, but thankfully FW provided a van to drive us over to EPCOT after the bus never arrived.

I'd say for AK/EPCOT, your best bet may be a taxi.

just got back and we had an 8:30am character breakfast at Cape May Cafe (yacht and beach club) - we left the Fort by boat to the contemporary at 7:00, then got a monorail to MK, then hopped a bus to Y&BC - a little work, but it was ok and we got there on time. For us the ticket is to leave early so we aren't panicking that we'll be late.

We had a really good breakfast there!

Last year we had an early breakfast at AK at Donald's Breakfasorous (I think that was the name). I can't remember the time but it was well before the park opened. We took the busses with no problem at all.

We had a very early morning segway tour scheduled at Epcot. We assumed we could catch an early character breakfast bus. Wrong- no bus. Checked at the outpost and was asked if we had requested transportation. They did then provide a van that personally delivered us to Epcot. My advise for any early morning reservation would be to check in at the outpost the day before and ask about or request transportation.
